Friday, April 17
Association Executive Council Meeting | 4:00–6:00 PM
All members are welcome to sit in and listen as the Association Executive Council conducts important discussions and business. 👥

Social Event | 6:00–9:00 PM
Kick off the evening at the beautiful Oasis Event Center—generously provided free of charge—featuring a night full of networking, camaraderie, and celebration! 🎊

Enjoy incredible catering by Shana’s Island Spot – A Taste of Jamaica 🌴, a cash bar 🍹, and plenty of fun including games, karaoke 🎤, cornhole, inflatable axe throwing, inflatable soccer, and a punching bag machine—all provided by Army National Guard Recruiting.

We’ll also have a jumper from Familia Reyes LLC for added fun, along with door prizes 🎁 and a silent auction hosted by the Auxiliary.

✨ The evening will include the announcement of our scholarship recipients 🎓, awards presented by both the Association and Auxiliary Presidents 🏆, and retiree certificates (based on registrations).

During the meeting, we will conduct key association business, hold elections, and give away door prizes 🎁. Lunch will be provided by the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center.

Hosted by the Child & Youth Program of the New Mexico National Guard, the Youth Symposium will feature STEM activities, straw rocket building 🚀, leadership development, and card making with Liz—something for everyone to enjoy!
