Your signature strengths are your top strengths, according to the U.S. Army’s resilience training manual. To identify your signature strengths, consider these four factors:
* You believe that you are being “true to yourself” when using the strength.
* You feel that you can’t help but use the strength when the opportunity to use it arises.
* When using the strength, you feel energized rather than exhausted.
* The motivation to use the strength comes from within you. No one else has to remind or persuade you to use it.
