Jim Dines, our State District 20 representative, will host a forum on Tuesday, October 13, 6:30 – 8:00 p.m., at the Manzano Mesa Multigenerational Center, 501 Elizabeth SE.
Jim requested to be assigned to and serves on the New Mexico Legislative Interim Committee for Military and Veterans’ Affairs. The scope of the committee deals with our military bases and our veterans. We have a lot of issues which touch on these areas. The legislature reviews bills each session. Jim needs your input and comments on what might be done at the state level, plus he will discuss what is on the planning agenda for these areas.
We need your ideas, your experience, and your creativity, regardless of your political leaning. Please come and share your thoughts. Invite others who might want to be involved.
