The EANGUS We Care for America Foundation (WCFA) is a IRS 501(c)3 charity arm of EANGUS. It provides several opportunities: emergency financial grants; scholarships; and recognition awards. WCFA offers an opportunity to a current or former enlisted National Guard members who are in good standing and an EANGUS dues paying member (Life or Annual) who has experienced a catastrophic financial hardship and/or personal property loss, to apply for a Soldier & Airman Relief Grant for Emergencies.

DOD ID CARD OFFICE ONLINE
The DoD ID Card Online Office provides a RAPIDS ID Card online tool to locate a local RAPIDS ID card office, update your CAC, or manage sponsor or family member ID card information. You can search for appointments based on location. The Office Online will allow service members and civilians to temporarily extend the life of their cards as the nation battles the COVID-19 pandemic.

AIR FORCE VIRTUAL EDUCATION CENTER
The Air Force Virtual Education Center (AFVEC) offers a wide array of on-line services to empower you to actively participate in all aspects of your education to include the creation and management of funding requests. The Air Force currently pays 100 percent of tuition, up to $250 per credit hour ($3,750 annually), in off-duty courses with accredited schools who have signed the Department of Defense Memorandum of Understanding in pursuit of approved degree programs.

AIR FORCE RETIRED
The Headquarters Air Reserve Personnel Center is a major command direct reporting unit of Air Force Reserve Command with technical and policy guidance provided by the Chief of Air Force. HQ ARPC is the organization charged with executing policy created by Headquarters Air Force and the National Guard Bureau, as well as providing direct support to wing-level Force Support Staffs and Commander Support Staffs. HQ ARPC serves the Total Force, which includes Guard, Reserve, and active duty members.
CIVIL SERVICE RETIRED
The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) serves as the chief human resources agency and personnel policy manager for the Federal Government. OPM provides HR leadership and support to Federal agencies and helps the Federal workforce achieve their goals. OPM directs human resources and employee management services, administers retirement benefits, manages healthcare and insurance programs, oversees merit-based and inclusive hiring into the civil service, and provides a secure employment process.
DFAS – DEFENSE FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING SYSTEM
DFAS is committed to ensuring payments are made to our customers and vendors. We are working daily to provide the quality finance and accounting services that you have entrusted to us. We encourage you to use our online tools such as myPay, AskDFAS and our phone self-service tools. Our Customer Care Center representatives are also available to assist you for any questions you might have outside of the online options.
IBM CERTIFICATION AT NO COST
CASY proudly announces its Data Intelligence and Cyber Security Training program, conducted in partnership with IBM. IBM will continue to grow this program through an additional grant to CASY & MSCCN to conduct up to 13 training sessions to enable a total of ~150 veterans to gain this certification. NEW MEXICO DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS SERVICES
New Mexico State Legislature passed the Veterans Service Department Act to elevate the venerable New Mexico Veterans Commission, to a cabinet-level agency—the New Mexico Department of Veterans’ Services—providing our state’s veterans a cabinet-level voice within the executive branch of state government. The agency is led by the Cabinet Secretary, who is appointed by and reports directly to the Governor.
